We do not make any refunds.

Our return policy lasts 7 days after the order has been delivered. If the 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or store credit.

  • Free Soul Naples is not responsible for lost or any problem with the package once the tracking number have been sent to our client.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original packaging. 
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards. 

Note: Exchanges/Store Credits cannot be generated if paid with Shop Pay

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  • We only change one time the same invoice (no exception)
